Things look a little difficult in the early part of tonight’s card but I think we can come home strongly with cash to be made in Race’s 6,7 and 8. I’m attacking them via some trifectas and will be investing $50 on each race for a total outlay of $150.

Ohoka Courage (Race 4 no. 4) $5

Has been devoid of luck at his past two behind One More Smile and Ezee Duzit Lombo at Shepparton and is definitely overdue for some better fortune. He ran home nicely into second spot behind Wunlastchance here three back and if he gets the right run in transit tonight he can be dangerous. Kohala (Race 5 no. 9) $3.50

Was noted making up many lengths from the rear at Warragul first up from a long break when second to the handy Cullen Regent in a slippery last half. He will need a bit to go his way from the draw over the sprint trip but he will be sharper tonight and should be finding the line strongly once more. STAR TRIALLER

Davids Lady (Race 7 no. 1) $6

Resumes from a break and if her most recent trial success at Shepparton is any indication she looks set to run a big race first up from the nice draw. She will have her work cut out beating the smart Lookatme Philo but with Daryl Douglas to drive she is given a strong place chance at the least.
