Sunday Session @Kilmore

THE GAME PLAN for Kilmore – with Michael Polster

Best Bet

Born Again Sassy (Race 7 no. 6) $2.50
Has asHafinished runner-up at her past four outings at Melton behind the likes of Beach Melody, Centonic, Blucolla Tigerpie and Lombo Cloud Nine so to say she is overdue a win and that she will relish the drop back in grade is an understatement.  She looks a great chance of getting the lead tonight and with a lack of any real pressure in the affair it will take a special performance from one of her rivals to mow her down.

The Money Races

Race 5
My Hard Copy, Colby Reilly and Easy Lightning look head and shoulders above their rivals and look a great base for some first fours.  Below is how I’m playing with $100 total spend.

3,11,12/ 3,11,12/ 3,11,12/ 1,2,6,7,9,10.  $50 gets you 138.88%
3,11,12/ 3,11,12/ 1,2,6,7,9,10/ 3,11,12.  $50 gets you 138.88%

Race 7
As mentioned earlier I’m very keen on Born Again Sassy to lead and win so I’m anchoring her around the other two favourites Pembrook Caesar and Madam Pom Pom in first fours plus I’ll take a saver with that pair just in case Born Again Sassy gets rolled.  Below is how I’m playing with $100 total spend.

6/ 1,10/ 1,10/ 2,7,8,9.  $30 gets you 375%
6/ 1,10/ 2,7,8,9/ 1,10.  $30 gets you 375%
1,10/ 6/ 1,2,7,8,9,10/ 1,2,7,8,9,10.  $40 gets you 100%

Quaddie
4,5,8,9,10/ 3,11,12/ 7,8,10/ 1,6,10.  $100 gets you 74.07%

STAR TRIALLERS

Viewpoint (Race 2 no. 8) $3
Craig Turnbull-trained son of Life Sign who draws awkwardly first up but looks to have plenty of talent going on his trial success at Maryborough last week where he rated 2:02.2 and slipped home in 29.0 and with the right luck in running he should go close on debut.

Colby Reilly (Race 5 no. 3) $3
Won 2 of his 3 starts in his freshman season and resumes tonight off the back of an easy trial success at Shepparton 10 days ago and he should run very well first up from the nice gate.
