Good Form Preview - Sunday Night at Echuca

THE GAME PLAN for Echuca – with Michael Polster (@mickpolster)

BEST BET

Maybe Better (Race 2 no. 5) $1.90   $400 win
This mare is no star but she looks ready to win again after snaring the silver medal at her past two on this circuit in heat and final of a C0 series behind Our Bally Beauty and Antigua, both of whom would destroy this lot.  She leaves the gate well, looks a big chance of taking up the running and from there it should be a case of shut the gate.  I’m going to make her my one big go of the night.

QUADDIES X4 $100 Spend
1,5,8/ 3/ 1,3,5,7,8/ 5.  $30 gets you 200%
1,5,8/ 3/ 1,3,5,7,8/ 1,6.  $24 gets you 80%
1,5,8/ 2,5,8/ 1,3,5,7,8/ 5.  $27 gets you 60%
1,5,8/ 2,5,8/ 1,3,5,7,8/ 1,6.  $19 gets you 21.11%

STAR TRIALLERS

Maharaja Lombo (Race 1 no. 3) $2.20
Has shown some talent in his 8 starts to date, including an excellent second to the classy Nowitzki at Cobram three runs ago in 1:57.3 and after winning a trial well here last week he is expected to be hard to roll first up from the handy draw.

Composite (Race 6 no. 3) $3.20
Former Kiwi mare now under the care of Roma Pocock for the Bendigo Harness Industry Training Centre and she is sure to take beating at her Aussie debut tonight after winning a trial on her new home track last Sunday.
