Good Form Preview - Saturday Night at Shepparton

THE GAME PLAN for Shepparton – with Michael Polster (@mickpolster)

THE MONEY RACES
I found tonight’s meeting a challenging one where I came up with more questions than answers, but hopefully that means some value.  I think the easiest races to target come up in the first half of the program and have isolated Races 1,2,4 and 5.  I’m going to take the below trifectas for an outlay of $400, which along with my $100 Quaddie will take my total spend to the night to $500.

Race 1
2,7,12/ 2,7,10,12/ 1,2,5,7,10,11,12.  $100 gets you 222.22%

Race 2
Boxed 2,5,7,12.  $100 gets you 416.66%

Race 4
7,10/ 7,10/ 2,4,6.  $50 gets you 833.33%
7,10/ 2,4,6/ 7,10.  $50 gets you 833.33%

Race 5
3,4,8/ 3,4,8/ 1,3,4,6,8,9,11,12.  $100 gets you 277.77%

QUADDIE
2,7,10/ 2,3,4,9,11,12,13/ 3,4,8/ 1,6,9,12,13.  $100 gets you 31.74%

STAR TRIALLER

Sookin Up (Race 1 no. 12) $4.50
This guy is part of the in-form Lisa and David Miles stable and he looks a strong chance in this first up from a short break after winning a trial at Bendigo 12 days ago in the fastest time of the night by a comfortable margin.  The back row draw over the sprint trip is a hurdle but he has shown in the past he can stick on well in his races so at what should be each way odds he looks worthy of a gamble.
