Good Form Preview - Thursday Night @ Mildura

The Game Plan for Mildura – with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)
I don’t often say this, but I am all at sea when it comes to tonight’s programme. Normally at Mildura you can base most of your thoughts around Shayne Cramp’s key runners but while he does have a fairly sizeable team in tonight it’s tough to tell if any are stone cold morals. As a result I’m just going to attack a couple of Best Bets, 1 Money Race and some Quads to help us jag some folding ahead of this weekend.

Best Bets ($50 Win)
Miss Ruthless (Race 5 no. 2) $3
There are probably a few question marks  over what will happen early here but if this girl finds the front I think she’s almost home and even if she doesn’t she’s still the one to beat.

Mach Ten (Race 7 no. 4) $6.50
I wouldn’t be expecting anything like the $6.50 quoted in today’s Herald Sun but for a little late night fill-up this bloke looks worth a bet. He hadn’t done much in his native NZ prior to a terrific last start win but he showed gate speed and late speed on that occasion and defeated horses that have forged handy careers in Oz so rate him as almost unbeatable on that form.

The Money Race – Race 5 (Flexi Trifectas for $50)
As outlined above, I think Miss Ruthless (2) is the one to beat in this but there are three key dangers engaged. As long as our top tip can finish first or second we should get something out of the race.

2/ 1,5,7/ 1,5,7. $24 gets 400%
2/ 1,5,7/ 3,6. $12 gets 200%
1,5,7/ 2/ 1,5,7. $12 gets 200%
1,5,7/ 2/ 3,6. $2 gets 33.33%

The Quads (x4)
2,3,4,6/ 2/ 1/ 4. $40 gets 1000%
2,3,4,6/ 2/ 4,7/ 4. $20 gets 250%
2,3,4,6/ 1,5,7/ 1/ 4. $30 gets 250%
2,3,4,6/ 1,5,7/ 4,7/ 4. $10 gets 41.67%

Good Form Game Plan - Wednesday @ Bray

The Game Plan for Ballarat – with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)
After a pretty solid night at Cranbourne we’ve got some bullets to fire at Bray Raceway tonight and I’m playing a number of ways to spread the load in the hope of a really decent collect. Among our attack will be 2 Best Value Best & 1 Best Roughie along w/ 2 Money Races and a trio of Quads.

Best Value ($20 Each Way)
Bubble Art (Race 3 no. 1) $7
This girl is a dead-set standing start specialist who loves nothing more than beginning well, following the pegs and trying to ambush her rivals in the lane. She won’t have access to a Sprint Lane tonight but everything else is in her favour so rate her as a real winning chance at the pretty handy quote.

Happy Hombre (Race 4 no. 9) $5
This guy was just about to start his charge at this course last time out when breaking up twice and losing any hope. His prior form was very, very good and if he gets a trouble free run tonight he’s the one to beat for sure.

Best Roughie ($20 Place)
Forever Arma (Race 5 no. 8) $18
This mare is no star but if she can hold favourite Shakapac’s (1) back as expected here and they go slowly in transit she’s a huge hope of landing on the dais at exorbitant odds for the place.

The Money Race (Flexi Trifectas for $50)
Race 3
I’ve already outlined above that Bubble Art (1) is a great chance in this at odds and the other key players are Win The Crowd (9) and Make A Fuss (10). If at least two of those three figure prominently, we should make some coin.

1,9,10/ 1,9,10/ 1,8,9,10. $24 gets 200%
1,9,10/ 1,9,10/ 2,3,5,6. $26 gets 108.33%

Race 7
I’m playing more conservatively in Quads but essentially, I just think Suspicious Behavia (2) will lead and win and Nimble Jack (4) should fill a hole behind him. If that happens we’ll be in the cash.

2/ 4/ 3,7. $22 gets 1100%
2/ 3,7/ 4. $10 gets 500%
2/ 4/ 1,6,8. $12 gets 400%
2/ 1,6,8/ 4. $6 gets 200%

Quaddie x4
2,4,5,8,9,10,11,13/ 1/ 4,5/ 2. $60 gets 375%
2,4,5,8,9,10,11,13/ 1/ 4,5/ 4. $12 gets 75%
2,4,5,8,9,10,11,13/ 1/ 1,9/ 2. $12 gets 75%
2,4,5,8,9,10,11,13/ 7,8/ 4,5/ 2. $16 gets 50%

The Game Plan for Ballarat with Andrew Evans (@AndrewEvansHRV).
Best Bet
(Race 6 No 4 Modern Chic) $100 Win $2.75
This mare did a super job to finish a narrow second behind smart up and comer Jackabeems after parking outside him last start. I expect her to either sit parked again tonight or even find the lead and be much too good for her opposition.

Money Races
R2 Trifectas $50
7,10/ 7,10/ 3,6,8,9 $20 gets 250%
7,10/ 3,6,8,9/ 7,10 $15 gets 187.50%
7,10/ 3,6,8,9/ 3,6,8,9 $15 gets 62.50%

R3 First 4’s $50
10/ 1,2,9/ 1,2,9/ Field $25 gets 59%
1,2,9/ 10/ 1,2,9/ Field $25 gets 59%

R7 First 4’s $50
2/ 4/ 3,7/ 3,6,7 $20 gets 500%
2/ 3,7/ 4/ 3,6,7 $15 gets 375%
4/ 3,7/ 2/ 3,6,7 $7.50 gets 187.50%

Good Form Preview - Tuesday @ Cranbourne

The Game Plan for Cranbourne – with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)

First things first – we’re bringing back the OctoQuad! I know you’re beside yourself w/ joy right now but once you’ve settled down I’ll let you know that we’re also targeting 2 Best Bets, 1 Best Value & 1 Best Roughie on a programme where we could easily end up well in front if a few things fall our way!

Best Bets ($50 Win)

Satisfied Grin (Race 4 no. 5) $3.50

This bloke was not too far away at all for new trainer Glenn Douglas last time out and with natural improvement and the fact he’s a great chance of crossing over and finding the front here he’s worth a straight out lash at pretty handy odds.

Goodtime Jasper (Race 7 no. 6) $2.40

Simply put, this bloke has been competing w/ distinction at metropolitan level through most of the season so far and the drop back to C4-C5 grade will suit him down to the ground. I’m also not worried about the wide draw as he should just progress forward and probably find the top.

Best Value ($25 Each Way)

Petes Party (Race 2 no. 8) $5.50

I wouldn’t be breaking the bank here but this is not a strong race, the above mare has more talent than most of her rivals and even if she’s three pegs, Cranbourne has the widest and most accommodating sprint lane in the Victorian trots.

Best Roughie ($15 x $35)

Elle Jasper (Race 5 no. 1) $10

Speaking of sprint lanes, this mare will also be using one here once she hands up to an appropriate rival from the polemarking draw. She’s not the best horse engaged but she gets everything to suit and it would shock somewhat if she did not fill a hole.

The OctoQuad

5/ 1,4,5,6/ 3/ 6. $20 gets 500%

5/ 1,4,5,6/ 3/ 7,10. $16 gets 200%

5/ 1,4,5,6/ 1,2,5/ 6. $6 gets 50%

5/ 1,4,5,6/ 1,2,5/ 7,10. $5 gets 20.83%

3,7,10/ 1,4,5,6/ 3/ 6. $24 gets 200%

3,7,10/ 1,4,5,6/ 3/ 7,10. $12 gets 50%

3,7,10/ 1,4,5,6/ 1,2,5/ 6. $9 gets 25%

3,7,10/ 1,4,5,6/ 1,2,5/ 7,10. $8 gets 11.11%

The Game Plan for Cranbourne with Andrew Evans (@AndrewEvansHRV).

Best Value

(Race 3 No 1 My Name is Earl) $50 Each Way $4.25

This guy has been knocking on the door recently finishing in the money at his past five runs. He usually begins well from the tapes and he finds himself in a very winnable race tonight with some of his main rivals starting off handicaps.

Money Race

Race 7 (First 4’s) $100

6/ 10/ 1,3,7,8,9/ 1,3,7,8,9 $50 gets 250%
6/ 1,3,7,8,9/ 10/ 1,3,7,8,9 $30 gets 150%
10/ 6/ 1,3,7,8,9/ 1,3,7,8,9 $20 gets 100%

Quads x4

1,3,5/ 1,2,4,6,9/ 3/ 6 $40 gets 266.67%

1,3,5/ 1,2,4,6,9/ 3/ 10 $20 gets 133.33%
1,3,5/ 1,2,4,6,9/ 1,2,4,5/ 6 $26.50 gets 44.17%

Good Form Preview - Monday @ Horsham

The Game Plan for Horsham – with Jason Bonnington
After a somewhat topsy-turvy week on the punt we finished on a pretty good note w/ a tidy profit on Kilmore Cup Day so hopefully that can be the foundation of a big few days to finish off the month. I’m not encouraging too many bets today but I am pretty confident about the ones I’ve found which are comprised of 2 Best Value Bets, 1 Money Race and 1 almighty Quad.

Best Value
Courageous Emm (Race 2 no. 2) $10
To be honest, this bloke doesn’t inspire an amazing amount of trust but he does have plenty of talent when he gets it all right, which we saw when he led most of the way two starts back. He arrives here fresh from a spell but did win a recent Maryborough trial finishing off in 58.1 and give I don’t think he’s facing any starts here the $10 quoted in today’ Herald Sun (which we’re unlikely to get) would be massive overs for mine.

Ynobe Coby (Race 7 no. 2) $9
This is a wide open race and he Manning army are out in force but there are a few things in this guy’ favour here today. The first of those is the draw. He has not seen the front line for a very long time and as a quick beginner who should be able to hold the lead here the polemarking alley looks a massive plus. As does the short course trip over which he’s done all his best racing so he’s my top tip today and wonderful value at the $9 he’s showing in today’s Herald Sun.

The Money Race – Race 4 (Flexi First 4’s for $100)
This is a beautiful betting race. Simply put, there are two horses here who look to have lengths on their rivals and should draw away to fight out the race. I have a slight leaning to Fearless Leader (6) but would still be pretty happy if Kickittochris (7) lands the prize.

6/ 7/ 2,3,8/ 1,2,3,5,8. $54 gets 450%
6/ 7/ 1,5/ 1,2,3,5,8. $12 gets 150%
7/ 6/ 2,3,8/ 1,2,3,5,8. $28 gets 233.33%
7/ 6/ 1,5/ 1,2,3,5,8. $6 gets 75%

The Quads
6,7/ 1,3,4,5,7,8,9/ 1,3,4,7,11,12,13/ 2,3,6,8,9,11. $100 gets 17.01%

Good Form Preview - Kilmore Cup Day Sunday Sesh

The Game Plan for Kilmore Cup Day – with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)
For all intents and purposes this looks like being a classic day of racing with three genuine features set to be staged and some pretty big reputations going on the line. To be honest I think both of today’s pacing features are far more open than the odds-makers would have us believe so I’m going to play for big value in both races while also hammering 1 Best Bet, 1 Best Value Bet, 3 Money Races and a quartet of (hopefully) profitable Quads!

Best Bet ($50 Win)
Tombstone Eden (Race 4 no. 10) $2.60

This mare has been burning up the track in recent times and given her sit-sprint racing pattern the better the race, the better she’s likely to run. Her only issue here is if they absolutely walk through the early and middle stages but if they keep rolling along I think her class will see her give them windburn late.

Best Value ($25 Each Way)

Thirsty Mach (Race 9 no. 4) $5
It’s probably fair to say that this guy hasn’t been at his brilliant best for a fair while but if Gavin uses his stunning gate speed to find the front here before handing up to an appropriate rival I think he’s a massive chance of ambushing this lot in the lane particularly after having no luck whatsoever last time out.

Best Roughies ($5 x $20)

Melpark Major (Race 5 no. 7) $21 TAB Fixed Odds
This one-time champion has already claimed the Popular Alm Sprint twice and despite some naysayers he arrives for another crack at the race in very good form. The draw will make things a little tough but he is almost certainly best placed over a mile these days and with Smoken Up (8) on struggle street from the draw.

Wartime Sweetheart (Race 5 no. 9) $17 TAB Fixed Odds
He split Smoken Up (8) and Caribbean Blaster two starts before acquitting himself very well again in the Geelong Rocket last time out. I marked him an $8.50 chance so the fact we’re getting twice that price is simply too good to ignore.

Jaccka Clive (Race 7 no. 3) $15 TAB Fixed Odds
Reports would suggest that this bloke is travelling much better than his figure formline would suggest and given he’s a two-time Hunter Cup placegetter about to tackle his favourite type of race her he must be some winning chance. A good beginner from the strands, he’ll be in front of most of his major rivals here and looks a huge hope of finishing on the dais if anywhere near his best.

Jack In Flight (Race 7 no. 10) $35 TAB Fixed Odds
This is another bloke who thrives on stand start, Country Cup style racing that should begin very well and get in front of plenty others here before taking a sit and coming with one, searching run over the last 800m. He was massive last time out and seems ridiculous odds at the minute in a race I think is far more open than it seems.

The Money Races
Race 1 ($Flexi First 4’s for $50)

I could go on forever about my passion for heat-into-final series but instead I’ll just point out that Cool Machrista (5) was the most impressive heat winner for this final and should push forward to find the front today. If she does I can’t see her finishing any worse than second while Greenough (1),Arriens (9) and Crazy Dave (13) are the other key players in the race.
5/ 1,9,13/ 1,9,13/ 1,3,7,9,12,13. $24 gets 100%
1,9,13/ 5/ 1,9,13/ 1,3,7,9,12,13. $18 gets 75%
5/ 1,9,13/ 3,7,12/ 1,3,7,9,12,13. $6 gets 16.67%
1,9,13/ 5/ 3,7,12/ 1,3,7,9,12,13. $2 gets 5.56%

Race 4 (Flexi Trifectas for $50)

As outlined above, I think Tombstone Eden (10) should prove too good with an inch of luck and if she doesn’t Ourbellabro (4) looks the only one who can beat her as she should lead them around and she thrives over the short course trip. Outside of those two I’m happy to play a little wide in search of some exotic value today.
10/ 4/ 1,6,7,8,9. $30 gets 600%
10/ 1,6,7,8,9/ 4. $10 gets 200%
4/ 10/ 1,6,7,8,9. $10 gets 200%

The Quads (x4)
4,10/ 1,4/ 11/ 2,3,4,5,8,10,13. $42 gets 150%
4,10/ 1,4/ 10,12/ 2,3,4,5,8,10,13. $28 gets 50%

Good Form Preview - Saturday @ Bendigo

The Game Plan for Bendigo with Andrew Evans (@AndrewEvansHRV)

Best Bets

Race 2 No 2 Majestic Swan $100 Win $2.50

This mare was caught in the breeze last start against much stronger opposition and her job to stick on for as long as she did was good. I expect here to find the lead tonight from her good draw and she will be very hard to beat.

Race 4 No 7 Jacquis Lad $100 Win $6.50

This guy was a dominant all the way winner over the middle distance here two runs back.  I expect him to have enough speed to cross those drawn inside him tonight from his outside draw and it will take a smart one to reel him in.

Race 6 No 8 Just Call Me Earl $100 Win $5

This bloke should get the run of the race behind expected leader MONICA MY DEAR (1) here. He has been going well recently without much luck and will be extremely hard to hold out in the lane if the above scenario does play out.

Race 7 No 4 Sirladyn Reba $100 Win $6

This guy was a real eye catcher last start where he charged home from well back. I think he is a massive chance of finding the lead tonight from his front row draw and from the front he will be extremely hard to beat.

Good Form Preview - Friday Night @ HQ

Adam Hamilton's Preview

The Game Plan for Melton – with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)

It’s been a rollercoaster week so far with big wins on Monday and Tuesday and tumbleweed over the last couple of days but last weekend was kind to us so hopefully we can make our mark over the next 72 hours starting tonight! I must say I found this a tricky card from a punting perspective but I am super keen on the Quads and I also think there’s one race where we can make a real killing. Outside of that I think we’re best just to fiddle and enjoy the night!

Best Bets/ All-Up ($25)

Basil Knight (Race 2 no. 1) $2.20

This bloke comes from the most impressive crop of 3YO trotters in modern memory and looked simply outstanding when successful last time out. I would have preferred him to draw anywhere but the pole however he should still prove a class above these w/ any luck at all.

Bit Of A Babe (Race 3 no. 6) $1.80

She’s a lot faster than she is tough and it does leave a bad taste in my mouth making her a Best Bet but the facts are that she should spear across these early before either dropping anchor and leading all the way or handing up if serious pressure is applied. Either way she should win comfortably or I’ll sack her for all time!

Best Roughie

Melton Little Max (Race 4 no. 2) $5 x $20

This bloke was beaten by 27.7m as a $137 chance behind Sals Mo last time out but he finds himself in a pretty moderate race here and has caught the eye running home at his past two efforts. I’m not expecting miracles but the reason you study videos is to find horses like him who can run a race for you at genuine monster odds.

The Money Race - Race 7 ($150 Flexi Trifectas)

If we’re going to make some real coin tonight, we’ll have to do it here. Simply put, with the scratching of Regal Knight this looks a total two horse war between Sals Mo (2) and Hugo Play (6) two brutal enforcers who shouldn’t get tired no matter how hard they run the race. It will be something of a shock if they don’t run the Quinella and w/ limited chances to even fill the bronze medal role I think this is the Goldmine Race of the evening.

2,6/ 2,6/ 4,7,9/ 4,7,9. $72 gets 600%

2,6/ 2,6/ 4,7,9/ 1,3,8. $48 gets 375%

2,6/ 4,7,9/ 2,6/ 2,7,9. $18 gets 150%

2,6/ 4,7,9/ 2,6/ 1,3,8. $12 gets 66.67%

The Quads (x2)

2,6,10/ 6,7,9,10/ 1,8,9/ 2,6. $72 gets 100%

2,6,10/ 6,7,9,10/ 2,5,10/ 2,6. $28 gets 29.17%

The Game Plan for Melton with Andrew Evans (@AndrewEvansHRV).

Best Bet

Race 8 No 5 Midnight Lights $100 Win ($2.80)

This filly has performed well at all three of her career starts. Expect her to use her gate speed and fire straight to the lead tonight and be very hard to run down.

Money Race

Race 7 (First 4s $50 spend)

2,6/ 2,6/ 1,3,4,9/ 1,3,4,7,9 $40 gets 125%

2,6/ 1,3,4,9/ 2,6/ 1,3,4,7,9 $10 gets 31%

Tabcorp Park Trainer Talk – Geoff Webster
Best Chance
Bit Of A Babe (Race 3 no.6) $1.80
“The 2200 is the only concern with her. She should probably lead but the last 100 seems to find her out.
“We’ve been driving her for luck but being odds on I’d say she will have to make her own luck tonight. She’s the better of my two chances.”
Others
Badewitz (Race 1 no.7) $4.20
“He was ordinary last start but I’ve worked him again and had he’s blood done and we can’t find anything wrong with him. Tonight’s a tricky draw with a lot of speed so he’ll have to go back. I’m not sure he can win from there but his work has been good.
“The main thing is he hits the line tonight because they might be a bit sharp for him.”

Good Form Preview - Thursday @ Shepparton

The Game Plan for Shepparton – with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)
I must say I found this evening a pretty tricky one on the whole but I reckon if we play for value but targeting, yes 3 Value Bets, along w/ 2 Best Roughies and some Qauds we should end up on top and may even jag a tidy collect if a couple of our Each Way best actually get the cash.

Best Value ($20 Each Way)
Attack On Command (Race 1 no. 11) $7
It’s fair to say I’ve been following this guy without a great deal of success but I really liked his run from the back last start & if he can produce a similar performance in this pretty moderate field I can’t see him missing a place and he’s a big chance of walking away the winner at handy odds.

Trottin Rosco (Race 3 no. 12) $9 & Heyles (Race 3 no. 13) $6.50
I’m well aware these two have drawn the car park but it actually might help one of them win. In short, Trottin Rosco (12) has more talent than most of these and is due for a change of luck after having none so far this campaign while Heyles (13) is also well graded here on his best form and was unlucky not to break through after leading the three wide line last time out. If one gives the other a cart into the race here I’m very hopeful that one of the pair will win.

Best Roughies ($10 x $30)
Bank Of Nova (Race 5 no. 6) $12
This guy has a couple of things in his favour in that he has very good gate speed and should at least be in the fight, if not out in front early on and many people will have missed the fact that he was chopped out late in a better race than this last time out. At the double figure quote he’s definitely worth a lash.

Royal Deviate (Race 7 no. 4) $13
This bloke can be a very frustrating animal but at his best he’s very smart and looks ideally suited with all of his major rivals drawn worse than him tonight. You’ll have to hold your breath with him but he did win a recent Shepparton trial finishing off in 57.9 so on the score of talent he’s well worth a lash if the odds hold up tonight.

The Quads (x3)
3/ 2,6,9,10,11/ 10/ 4,6,7,9,10,11. $30 gets 100%
3/ 2,6,9,10,11/ 2,4,5,6,8/ 4,6,7,9,10,11. $50 gets 33.33%

Good Form Preview - Hump Day @ Ararat

The Game Plan for Ararat - with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)

After a super start to the week I'm once again pretty keen on tonight's meeting so hopefully we can keep the momentum rolling. In truth, tonight's programme is one where you could comfortably find a good bet in six of the seven races but I'm going to stick with 2 Best Bets in an All-Up, 2 Best Value Bets, 2 Best Roughies a Money Race and some Quads.

Best Bets/ All-Up ($50)

Aheadofhistime (Race 2 no. 3) $2.75
This guy has won four races. His rivals haven't won four races between them. He also has a great affinity with this track and whether he leads as expected or has to sit parked he should be winning tonight.

Armbro Speedstar (Race 6 no. 10) $1.65
Here is another case where class should just tell the story. This guy has been racing in much better races than this - and critically - he has the toughness and stamina to work as hard as he likes here and almost certainly still get the cash.

Best Value ($25 Each Way)

Megasam (Race 1 no. 1) $10
I'm pretty keen here. Simply put, this bloke was bolting in behind the leader and almost certainly should have won the last time he met a field of this nature and his last two efforts have been in much stronger grade. He should hold his rivals wide early before taking a sit here and with any luck at all he's the one they have to beat at very tasty odds.

Peaces Of You (Race 7 no. 6) $5
Once again I'm banking on class here. This mare has been racing aginst metropolitan class while most if not all of her rivals could only dream of doing same. The only issue for her here is she may end up parked throughout but she's pretty tough too and looks the horse to beat.

Best Roughies ($5 x $20)

Xbolt (Race 4 no. 10) $13
This is a race of four hopes and if he comes up anywhere near $10 then he's worth a little crack as he's clearly the value option of the race.

Juke Kartel (Race 5 no. 5) $10
This guy is also going pretty well and if he can hold the leaders back at worst here he's a massive winning hope at good odds in today's Herald Sun.

The Money Race - Race 6 (Flexi Trifectas for $50)

Armbro Speedstar (10) is clearly the testing material here and the only horse I see as capable of rolling him is Vinnies Jet (3). If both horses feature prominently on the podium we should get a tidy result from the race.

10/ 3/ 1,4,5,8,9. $30 gets 600%
10/ 1,4,5,8,9/ 3. $10 gets 200%
3/ 10/ 1,4,5,8,9. $10 gets 200%

The Quads (x4)

1,3,9,10/ 1,3,4/ 10/ 1,6,8,9,10. $60 gets 100%
1,3,9,10/ 9,10,11/ 10/ 1,6,8,9,10. $20 gets 33.33%
1,3,9,10/ 1,3,4/ 3/ 1,6,8,9,10. $15 gets 25%
1,3,9,10/ 9,10,11/ 3/ 1,6,8,9,10. $5 gets 8.33%

Best Value

Race 2 No 2 Susie Badland ($25 Each Way) $4.75

This mare should have enough speed to cross the horse drawn inside her here and then she can either attempt an all the way win or hand up to race favourite Aheadofhistime. In a race that doesn’t have much depth she is over the odds at the $4.75 that is quoted in today’s Herald Sun.

Race 3 No 1 Lovable Nick ($25 Win) $5.50

This bloke meets weaker opposition to what he met last start and from the inside gate he should have enough speed to either hold the lead and go for an all the way win or take a sit behind a suitable rival and then get the last shot via the sprint lane. Either way he looks a great chance against the opposition he meets tonight.

Good Form Preview - Tuesday @ Geelong

The Game Plan for Geelong – with Jason Bonnington (@jasonbonnington)
Best Bets/All-Up ($50)
Goldiedomic (Race 2 no. 1) $1.45
This mare has been ticking along nicely without breaking through for Chris Lang Jnr and seems to have found her perfect race tonight. A quick beginner who loves the short course she should hold her rivals wide from the polemarking draw and lead this lot a merry dance at pretty short odds.

Our Nancy Miles (Race 4 no. 5) $3.75
Not entirely sure what odds we’ll get about this girl but in an even field she looks the standout after changing course late but still battling on very well behind class commodities Sals Mo, Regal Knight and Fearless Leader at her first Victorian run. Ross Sugars has a reasonable opinion of her and I think she’ll be winning here w/ any luck at all.

Best Value ($25 Each Way)
Rubys Bad Boy (Race 5 no. 13)  $4.25
This guy did more than enough in his first Australian campaign last prep, he handles the stand start Ok and his list of rivals here does not include any starts so if you’re getting Ok odds get involved tonight.

The Money Races ($50 Flexi Trifectas)
Race 2
As mentioned earlier I think Goldiedomic (1) is very close to a moral here so let’s play the two Tricks outlined below and hope the top one lobs!

1/ 2,6,9/ 2,6,9. $26 gets 433.33%
1/ 2,6,9/ 4,7,8,11. $24 gets 200%

Race 5
Standing start affairs are always fraught w/ danger but the class should rise to the top here tonight. We’re probably not going to retire on what we win but after a good couple of days it should keep the coffers ticking along.

4,8,11,13. $32 gets 133.33%
4,8,11,13/ 4,8,11,13/ 1,10. $12 gets 50%
4,8,11,13/ 4,8,11,13/ 2,5. $6 gets 25%

The Quads (x3)
5/ 4,8,11,13/ 1,5,6,7,8,9/ 6,7,12. $48 gets 66.67%
5/ 4,8,11,3/ 1,5,6,7,8,9/ 2,3,10. $24 gets 33.33%
2,4,6/ 4,8,11,13/ 1,5,6,7,8,9/ 6,7,12. $28 gets 12.96%

Best Value
(Race 5 No 1 Hellfire Angel) ($50 Each Way) $6.50
This guy flew home after getting shuffled a long way back behind Macho Comacho last start. He usually steps well and from his inside front line draw he should land in a good spot early and be right in the finish.
